How long does it take to process Change Order Requests (CORs) ??

Procurement measures the number of days from when a COR Requisition first comes into our approval queue until the day the COR is finalized and a Purchase Order amendment has been is issued.  With the implementation of WayneBuy, our goal has been 4 business days.  Early in 2023, we were significantly higher than this number, due to staffing shortages.  However, the number was brought into control near the end of FY 2023.

The table & graphs below depict a summary of the turnaround for fiscal year 2021 through 2023,  Some COR Requisitions take significantly longer than the amount of time shown, but the overall average per month takes those into consideration.

Please note that the vast majority of PO Amenements are not transmitted to the supplier.  If you're processing a COR Requisition and prefer that it does get distributed to the supplier, make a note for the Amendment Processing team as either a comment or an internal note.
