Business and Auxiliary Operations (BAO) provides the essential, non-academic support services vital to a thriving campus - from housing to parking and transportation; from the bookstore to campus dining; from campus mail to the operation of the student center; from summer conferences and guest housing to campus restaurants and shops.

The mission of BAO is to provide these services with the highest level of customer service, meeting or exceeding the expectations of the campus community; to seek new and improved goods and services to enhance the student experience and meet the dynamic needs of students, faculty and staff; and enrich the overall quality of campus life by supporting the academic mission of the University.
