3 How many years has your company been in business? Since 2010
     
4 What types of catering do you provide? Example: hot drinks and snacks, full service meals, sandwiches, pick up and drop off, serving and servers provided Full-service, quick service, drop-off services, sandwiches, salads, breakfast, pizza, dinner
     
5 Can you provide experienced wait staff and full dinner service (utensils, plates, glassware, napkins, carts etc.)? Yes
     
6 Can you clear/bus tables, remove all food items and packaging after the event.   Please identify how you serve and bus sittings during a dining event? Yes. During dining events, staff are present to serve guests, fill drink requests, and remove plates and utensils after meal completion. At the conclusion of an event, staff remove all food items (packaging items per the host's request), clearing all China used, and removal of linens. The Vendor does require allotted time for set-up and breakdown of dining events. The time needed for set-up and breakdown is determined on a per event basis; dependent on the size of the group, menu selected, and location.

8 Do you have any unique offerings, skills that make your company unique in its industry? Versatile menus and event offerings from formal to quick service. Ability to accommodate most requests.
     
9 Does your company specialize in what might be called ethnic food.  If so, descirbe. Specialize in Authentic Italian cuisine.
     
10 Please describe your order taking process and order fulfilment process and ideal time frame? The Vendor has point of contact employees to place event orders. WSU would contact the designated person to inquire about availability for a specific date.  
When placing orders, the Vendor does require at least a week's notice for catering and a month for full-service.
The Vendor does require information such as number of guests, time, place, menu, method of payment, etc.  Dependent upon the menu selected, the final guest count and menu selections will be due to the Vendor no later than 48 hours or up to a week in advance. The timeframe for information will be discussed at the time of inquiry.
     
11 What are your catering / delivery days and hours Catering available 7 days a week, time availability is dependent on guest minimums.
     
12 Do you offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack/appetizer menus Yes, we offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, snacks
     
13  Do you provide a "boxed" food optionYes. you will see our boxed lunch menu in our menu booklet. The Boxed Lunch comes with a Sandwich or salad bowl with condiments, Chips, Fruit, Cookie, and Bottled Water. Yes, we provide express boxed sandwiches and salads
     
14 Length of time for clean up of food and services The set-up of an event is specific to the menu selected, space available on-site, and the host's requests.
For drop off and go services, items would be placed on a table in the space for the event with any applicable items (i.e. napkins, plates, etc.} for attendees to serve themselves.
Full-service catering events would be set with linen, china, glasses, and silverware. If the event has a buffet, a separate table will be set with chaffers and plates will be located on the buffet.
