3 How many years has your company been in business? 30
     
4 What types of catering do you provide? Example: hot drinks and snacks, full service meals, sandwiches, pick up and drop off, serving and servers provided Any event (formal or informal), corporate meetings.  Choose from drop-offs such as Boxed Lunches, Trays of  food/sandwiches, Individually packaged Lunches, Buffet setup meals, Plated Sit-down meals or Family Style Meals - Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We adequately staff each event with Caterers/Servers and clean up when completed.
     
5 Can you provide experienced wait staff and full dinner service (utensils, plates, glassware, napkins, carts etc.)? Absolutely! Full service events will come with China, glass wares, silverware, etc, which our staff will bring and take away
     
6 Can you clear/bus tables, remove all food items and packaging after the event.   Please identify how you serve and bus sittings during a dining event? Yes we remove all items after events. For a plated event or family style event, a team of chefs will plate the food up in the kitchen or back work area behind the scenes and the wait staff will bring the food on trays to the dining area and then place them on the tables. For plated, the wait staff will serve each plate on the left side of guest, and clear from the right side of guest. Family style - bowls/plates of food items to be placed on each table with large serving spoons/tongs in them to be passed to each guest.
     
7 Do you have a broad selection of menu items to provide the University Campus? Yes - See Online Menu 
     
8 Do you have any unique offerings, skills that make your company unique in its industry? Yes - beautiful cruise ship-like buffets with food items tiered high and low, best tasting catered food in Metro Detroit, voted Best of the Best consistently, longevity with our core employees (average years of service is 20!), and over 30 years of success in the industry.
     
9 Does your company specialize in what might be called ethnic food.  If so, descirbe. We make any type of food requested.
     
10 Please describe your order taking process and order fulfilment process and ideal time frame?

Typically, the first people to touch our customers are our Sales Staff. This well­seasoned staff will navigate the customers through ordering and food selections, and upon securing the date, will collect a deposit at that time. 10-12 days prior to the event, the customer will be contacted to confirm the number of people and the food selections. Everything is finalized at this time and it is communicated to the Chefs and the Catering Managers. After this finalization, customer can still add people to the event, but not subtract. We understand last minute events as well, so don't be afraid to order an event at the last minute and we will do everything in our power to fulfill it (within reason, of course!).

     
11 What are your catering / delivery days and hours Whenever you need us. We cater 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, a night shift event would have to be large enough to warrant bringing our chefs to work in the middle of the night. We definitely have done it for factory night shift workers in the past.
     
12 Do you offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack/appetizer menus Yes
     
13  Do you provide a "boxed" food optionYes. you will see our boxed lunch menu in our menu booklet. 14 Length of time for clean up of food and services This depends on the size of the event and type of event, but typically about a half hour to 40 minutes for an average sized buffet and about an hour½ for a full service with china.
