4 What types of catering do you provide? Example: hot drinks and snacks, full service meals, sandwiches, pick up and drop off, serving and servers provided

We provide full service meals, buffet and feasting (“family”) style, bagged meals,
pick-up and drop-off, and on site staffing, as needed

     
5 Can you provide experienced wait staff and full dinner service (utensils, plates, glassware, napkins, carts etc.)? Yes
     
6 Can you clear/bus tables, remove all food items and packaging after the event.   Please identify how you serve and bus sittings during a dining event?

Yes, we remove all food waste and packaging related to what we provide for the
events. Depending on the type of event, we can provide staffing that will serve,
clear and bus tables using tray jacks and trays, placed discreetly out of sight of guests.

     
7 Do you have a broad selection of menu items to provide the University Campus? Yes, we are always open to creating custom menus based on personal preferences
or dietary needs! We can accommodate any culinary cuisines as requested.
For example, we have provided In-dian, Middle Eastern, French influenced events,
Continental breakfasts, Southern/Soul Food and more as well as traditional business
meeting fare. Our Chef was trained in France and has studied interna-tional cuisines
for over 25 years…We love accommodating to our guests personal vision and
back-grounds
 
     
8 Do you have any unique offerings, skills that make your company unique in its industry?

We are Chef Driven and make everything from scratch with as many local,
seasonal ingredients as possible! We are extremely open to accommodating
any dietary preferences/restrictions and we thrive on providing both our service
and our food with great personal care! We aspire to serve each meal with the care
that would ordinarily go into making a meal for someone you love –
and we are not just saying that!   
   

     
9 Does your company specialize in what might be called ethnic food.  If so, descirbe. Our core menu is Cuban inspired, though our Chef was trained in France and is
very open to accommodat-ing requests and preferences in developing menus
for each event - From something very simple to more complex…
but always fresh and flavorful, appealing to anyone wanting to enjoy delicious food! 
     
10 Please describe your order taking process and order fulfilment process and ideal time frame?

We prefer to plan our events via email so we have a written history to review and
make sure we don’t miss any small, but important details! We send guests an
overview of our offerings via email includ-ing pricing and then continue from there
planning the event hand in hand. 

We ask for a guaranteed minimum number of guests a week prior, whenever possible,
for ordering and scheduling purposes. We can generally increase from there.
If inquiries come in at the last minute we can often accommodate since we make
our offerings in house. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice…However, it is ideal
to have more time for planning! 


 
   
11 What are your catering / delivery days and hours Our restaurant hours are Tuesday - Friday is 11 AM - 10 PM Saturday -
Sunday is 10 AM - 10 PM is ide-al for us but we can make arrangements
for catering outside of our regular hours for breakfast or other occasions, upon requests
     
12 Do you offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack/appetizer menus We offer breakfast/brunch offerings as well bite sized appetizers, freshly prepared
bagged meals, Make-it-Yourself Sandwich Bar, Dinner offerings -
The world is your oyster!.
     
13  Do you provide a "boxed" food option Yes! We provide freshly prepared, individually bagged meals.
     
14 Length of time for clean up of food and services Depends on the size and scope of event but generally anywhere from 20 minutes to an 1 hour.
