Our shuttles are available 24 hours a day and are very easy to schedule through our Concierge. All shuttle transportation for our WSU guests is complimentary. |

| PREPARED FOR: Wayne State University CONTACT: Mr. Robert Kuhn TERMS: Valid: March 22, 2022 December 31, 2022 RATES: In consideration of the anticipated annual volume of business for our hotel that your Company represents, MOTORCITY CASINO HOTEL ("Hotel") is pleased to offer your Company the above net, non- commissionable guestroom rates for the time period specified below ("Preferred Client Rates"): Preferred Client Rates Savings for 2022 comparison: Rack rate - $259.00 The Preferred Client Rates are offered on a net, non-commissionable basis and are subject to our local occupancy taxes which are currently 15%. Preferred Client Rates are applicable to single or double occupancy and will be confirmed based on the specific room inventory available at the time a reservation is made. RODUCTION: The Preferred Client Rates are based on Guests booked through your Company using an estimated 100 room nights per year. Your Company is not obligated to commit to any minimum number of Guest room nights or to buy a guaranteed number of rooms during this time period. This agreement shall be subject to quarterly reviews, at which time production will be evaluated. The Hotel, at its sole discretion, by notice to your Company, may cancel or modify your Preferred Client Rates if your room night production is not on pace to satisfy the per annum Guest room night estimated production described above. MEETINGS & CONVENTIONS: Due to the difference in nature of individual and group bookings, we are unable to guarantee that the Preferred Client Rates will be offered for groups. Group rates will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis according to market conditions and the meeting's specifications. The Preferred Client Rates are for individual travel only and may not be utilized for group or convention attendees. SPECIAL REQUESTS: Requests for specific rooms, suites or bed types will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible. We consider it part of our standard of service to endeavor to arrange for necessities your valued associates may require while in Detroit. GUARANTEE: Reservations can be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or deposit. In the event that a reservation is guaranteed for late arrival and the guest "no-shows", the appropriate room and tax charges will be charged against the form of payment used to guarantee the room for late arrival.
