How long does it take to process Requisitions ??

Procurement measures the number of days from when a Requisition first comes into our approval queue until the day a Purchase Order is issued and transmitted to the Supplier.  Prior to the implementation of WayneBuy, our goal was for a 3 day turnaround, but WayneBuy has allowed us to reduce our goal to 2.0 days.

The table & graphs below depict a summary of the turnaround for fiscal year 2021 through 2023,  Some Requisitions take significantly longer than the amount of time shown, but the overall average per month takes those into consideration.

Of special note, the above graph includes only those Requisitions that required Procurement involvement.  Small dollar punchout orders to strategic suppliers like OfficeMax, Fisher Scientific, etc. are sent directly to the supplier.  If those transactions were included, the average would be even lower.
