If this shipment will require that the University engage the services of a Customs Broker, please contact _________________ at email _____________________ to let them know, and to have them let you know which Customs Broker they have hired for the shipment.  Wayne State does have a preferred vendor arrangement with FedEx Trade Networks, but the department is responsible for determining which Broker they will use and for initiating a separate PO to cover the cost.
