Procurement along with Marketing and Communications undertook a Strategic Sourcing RFP effort to select a group of preferred Videographers to provide service to the campus community. As a result of this effort, two Videographers have been awarded contracts. Each of them has their own specialties, and provides slightly different services. However, all the service providers have a minimum half day rate. This rate may vary, depending on the services requested. The Procurement has made available information on each of the Videographers at https://procurement.wayne.edu/online/videographers. Information from this page will enable campus users to make a selection based on the photographer's portfolio. Outlined below is the new process for securing a videographer or video editor for your next event. Each unit has the opportunity to select from any of the awarded vendors.
